El hotel está bien ubicado, limpio, cómodo y espacioso. Buena atención. Como observación, en las habitaciones que dan al estacionamiento entra demasiada luz al tener las luces encendida toda la noche y en la mañana igual, mucha luz desde temprano.
La recepcionista es algo especial. No tiene carácter para atención a clientes. Pero el demás personal sin problema muy amables. El agua caliente a las 6 am no existe. Supongo hay que avisar desde antes.
Muy cómodo, habitación amplia y limpia, con estacionamiento seguro dentro del hotel, en la noche cierran con candado y cuenta con vigilante, tiene elevador, y lo mejor muy buen precio encontramos habitación de $770, muy recomendable

Habitaciones limpias y amplias, los baños sin problema. No conozco Puebla así que no puedo opinar mucho de la ubicación, me pareció excelente por qué llegas caminando al auditorio metropolitano y allí fue el evento al que asistí. Nada de lujo pero cumple con todo lo básico para un buen hospedaje de muy buena forma (me quedé solo una noche y en la habitación más barata precio muy accesible)
